SO CREATIVE INTERN PROGRAM

The Colossal Kapital Creative Space SO CREATIVE INTERNSHIP will consist of Interns being involved in the numerous facets of the studio’s operation such as:

• Live Streaming Event Production and Studio Audience Promotions
• Podcast Recording and Production
• Podcast Distribution and Marketing
• Business to Business Media Sales
• Video Recording and Editing
• Music Recording and Production
• Music Distribution
• Music Placement on Radio (College & Small Market)
• Artist Booking
• Event Planning and Promotions
• Event Sponsorship Sales
• Clothing Brand Operations and Marketing
• Custom Clothing Production
• Event Vending and Promotions
• Customer Database Building and Management
• Social Media Content Production and Marketing
• Publicity
• Website Development and Management
• Networking and Contact Building Business Management

Interns will work directly with Colossal Kapital Creative Space staff, monthly members, and partners to learn in depth how each operation works. They will be working with our team to make real life industry connections by having actual industry experiences and interactions.

Interns will be shown how Creatives earn their income in the media, music, clothing, and event industries. Interns will be given the opportunity to earn a percentage of what is made by and with our team. Our objective is to show each SO CREATIVE INTERN how to earn what their worth and to ensure they know that creativity has no earning ceiling.

To put our theory to work, the SO CREATIVE INTERN team will organize,  promote, and coordinate SO CREATIVE WEEK at the Colossal Kapital Creative Space from June 2 – 7, 2025.

Some Interns will be offered a staff position with the Colossal Kapital Creative Space at the end of the 6 month internship.
